Job summary

The Retention Group in Lincoln is seeking a Field Service Technician with full training provided to service and sell lifting equipment across Lincoln and the surrounding 30 miles.

You will work 8:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, with a company van and a strong bonus scheme (£5k-£10k annually) on top of £29k-£30k base. A full UK driving licence is required and there is a clear path toward an engineering career.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically minded.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• Wants a career in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance and repairs to lifting equipment at client sites.
• Servicing and selling lifting equipment on the road.
• Working field-based with a company van.
