The Retention Group is seeking a Field Service Technician in Bristol to service and repair a range of lifting equipment at client sites. You will travel to customer sites across Bristol and the surrounding area, carrying out maintenance and repairs as required.

The role is field based, with a company van and a strong emphasis on customer interaction. The position offers clear career progression and bonus potential for upselling to existing customers.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing lifting equipment.
• Willing to cover Bristol and surrounding 30-mile area.

• Hours are 8am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will cover the Bristol and surrounding 30-mile area, attending client sites to carry out maintenance and repairs to a range of lifting equipment.

To earn the bonus, you'll be upselling to existing customers and driving new business. This isn't your typical door-knocking/cold-calling sales role, and you don't need any previous sales experience.

The hours are 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday with an excellent benefits package, including a company van.
