Job summary

Adler and Allan Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, maintain and calibrate Detectronic PAL monitors across Yorkshire. You will work independently, diagnose issues on site and engage with customers to deliver reliable environmental monitoring services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar technical field role.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Proficient with hand tools and device installation.
• Willingness to travel with a full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Detectronic PAL monitors on site.
• Diagnose issues and resolve them on customer premises.
• Manage daily schedule and work independently.
• Engage with customers professionally during service calls.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Follow Health & Safety and RAMS requirements.
• Support wider team needs as required.
