Job summary

DuPont Group in Stevenage is looking for a Field Service Technician II to perform Ultrafiltration module repair and replacement across the UK. This role involves significant travel, requiring independence and strong communication with customers.

The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift 15 kg. A CSCS/DOMs Water Hygiene Card or the ability to pass the exam is also necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows laptop and Microsoft applications required.
• Ability to lift 15 kg throughout an 8 hr shift is essential.
• Must demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Ultrafiltration module repair & replacement at customer sites throughout the UK.
• Communicate clearly with customers and arrange travel and accommodations.
• Utilize a company-provided vehicle responsibly and maintain accurate mileage records.
