Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform service, diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment across the UK. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment while delivering an unmatched customer experience, often working independently.

You will join a team of skilled technicians, using the latest tools, and are expected to travel locally and overnight as required, including on-call availability and flexible hours

Qualifications

• AC/DC motor experience preferred or time served in a similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions with precise execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardised procedures, and apply problem-solving in continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with team members and strong customer-facing communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and be on call, with travel/local overnight.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Install/remove AC/DC motors, align equipment, read precision tools, replace bearings, set seals, and torque components.

• Complete work following operative policies and procedures.
• Travel locally and overnight as required.
