Job Description:

NCH is hiring for a Service and Warehouse operative to work with our PureSolve brand in the East Midlands, based out of the Northampton depot. The role includes providing technical and service assistance to clients and line managers, ensuring timely completion of products, breakdowns, technical queries, and services. The role also involves assisting with warehouse duties in Northamptonshire once a week.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely completion and submission of reports.
• Maintenance of company-provided equipment.
• Carrying out repair and servicing of machines within your designated territory.
• Preparing products for dispatch.
• Receiving deliveries and managing waste, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Repairing and refurbishing degreasing equipment.
• Warehouse duties including receiving deliveries, booking goods in, waste management, drum cleaning, and packing.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• Must possess a current full driving license.
• Mechanical and electrical understanding required.
• Ability to use power tools safely.
• Good knowledge of health and safety policies.
• An engineering background and warehouse experience are desirable.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, tablets, apps, CRM software, and sales order systems.
• Flexible to work away from home and outside normal hours, including weekends.
