Job summary

Zip Water is hiring a Field Service Technician in the United Kingdom to deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service while promoting our advanced filtered boiling, chilled and sparkling water systems. You will join a growing Field Service team with strong support and mentoring from day one to help you succeed and progress.

In this hands-on role you will use hand tools to service, install and maintain systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering face-to-face customer service.
• Experience with hand tools / DIY is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
