Job summary

Rise Technical is recruiting a Field Service Technician to install, maintain and relocate specialist condition monitoring equipment at HV substations across the UK. The role includes site surveys, electrical testing and producing technical reports, with on‑the‑job training to progress toward an Engineer position.

Are you an Electrical Technician with experience installing or maintaining electrical equipment looking to develop your skills within the power industry?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business following continued contract wins within the electricity industry. Specialising in the installation and maintenance of condition monitoring equipment for high-voltage assets, the company is looking for a Field Service Technician to support its continued growth.

In this role, you will install, maintain and relocate specialist condition monitoring equipment at HV substations across the UK. You will also carry out site surveys, electrical testing and prepare technical documentation, while receiving continuous on-the-job training to develop from Technician into Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience installing and maintaining electrical equipment, along with a relevant engineering qualification and a desire to develop within the power industry.

The Role:
