This position is based at CLAAS Harvest Centre – Ashburton and we’re also looking for Field Service Technicians in our West Coast and Waipara harvest centres.

About the role:

• Carry out comprehensive mechanical services, diagnostics, repairs and in-field breakdown support.
• Support our sales success with the pre-assembly of our cutting-edge machinery.
• Cultivate strong bonds with our valued customers.
• Use your expertise to support other technicians and apprentices.Skills and Experience required:
• You’re a certified heavy diesel mechanic with comprehensive service and repair expertise.
• Agricultural experience is valuable but not mandatory.
• You have a valid driver’s licence.
• Passionate about customer service, you combine that with a great work ethic.
• You complete tasks safely and efficiently.
