Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Team Leader to support the Field Service Manager in daily field activities and specialist installations. You will promote safe working practices and build strong links with the Engineering Team and Back Office functions.

The role includes reviewing performance, coordinating monthly PM schedules, and driving improvements to first-time fix rates while maintaining cost awareness.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience in fault-finding and repair in a workshop environment.
• GCSE English and Maths grade C or higher.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness and practice.

Responsibilities

• Support the Field Service Manager in daily field activities and leadership tasks.
• Lead by example to promote a safe working environment for all.
• Assist with installations and site surveys at customer sites.
• Coordinate with the Field Service Engineering Team and Front Desk on priorities.
• Ensure timely completion of jobs and adherence to budgets and timelines.
