Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an FS Operations Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers, setting clear goals and driving professional development while ensuring safety and quality in on-site turbine services.

You will manage schedules, budgets and key stakeholder relationships, support remote and hybrid teams, and deliver operational excellence in Aeroderivative Gas Turbines projects across the power generation sector.

Qualifications

• Leadership responsibilities including setting team goals and performance reviews.
• Experience supervising field service teams in remote/hybrid environments.
• Strong emphasis on safety, EHS procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Budgeting and scheduling ownership for field service activities.

Responsibilities

• Set clear goals and operational objectives for Field Service Engineers.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships; be the primary ops contact.
• Monitor and manage budgets for field service activities; meet financial targets.
• Serve as focal point for scheduling escalations and resource planning.
• Maintain strong focus on EHS and safety compliance.
• Leverage leadership experience in power generation or oil & gas sectors.
• Drive process improvements with strong analytical skills.
• Coordinate operational and project activities with a focus on quality control.
