Job summary

Logistex is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead field and site engineering teams across the region. The role focuses on delivering safe, compliant service while driving improvements and new business opportunities.

You will manage engineers, build strong customer relationships, and ensure performance targets, budgets and SLAs are met. The role supports hybrid working with autonomy to manage your area.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field-based or site engineering teams in a service environment.
• Knowledge of cranes, conveyors, automated material handling equipment and warehouse automation.
• Strong people leadership across geographically dispersed teams.
• Confident in communicating with engineers, customers and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness including budgets, margins and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and performance-manage Field Service and Residential Engineering teams.
• Visit customer sites to build relationships, identify improvements and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure safe, compliant service delivery aligned to requirements.
• Own operational and financial performance including utilisation and SLA delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships through reviews and service updates.

As a Field Service Manager, you will:

• Lead, develop, and performance-manage Field Service and Residential Engineering teams, ensuring capability, engagement, and service cover
• Regularly visit customer sites to build strong relationships, identify opportunities for service improvements, drive upsell activity, and generate new business opportunities
• Ensure safe, compliant service delivery aligned to customer, contractual, and health & safety requirements
• Own operational and financial performance, including engineer utilisation, cost control, and SLA delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through performance reviews, service updates, and improvement plans

What we are looking for from you:
