Job summary

Stannah Group in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead our service team and deliver exceptional maintenance across Scotland. You will oversee PPM performance, LOLER defect management and first-time fix rates while protecting margins and quality.

Based at the Glasgow Service Branch, you will travel within Scotland and manage field staff and subcontractors. Strong communication of technical information to colleagues at all levels is essential; a full UK driving licence is

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineer ready to step into a management role or an experienced manager to inspire a team to deliver exceptional service aligned with our values and safety standards.

As Field Service Manager, you'll lead the delivery of the Branch Business Plan - overseeing PPM performance, LOLER defect management, call‑out responsiveness, first‑time fix rates and overall margin contribution. You'll champion our company values and ensure our service delivery consistently reflects our commitment to quality and operational excellence.

You'll manage and support our Field workforce and subcontractors, with Health and Safety, people development, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and risk management at the core of your approach. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll work closely with colleagues across all levels of the organisation and convey complex technical information clearly and confidently.

The successful candidate will be based at our Glasgow Service Branch, with travel across Scotland to be expected, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
