Stannah Group is seeking a Field Repair Manager in Bristol to lead Lift Engineers and subcontractors, drive performance, and deliver against the Major Repairs Plan. You will oversee all lift makes and models, ensuring safety and service quality while developing a skilled team.

Based at the Bristol Service Branch, the role involves travel across the region, with a full UK driving licence required. Competitive salary, benefits, and a company car or allowance are offered.

• Management qualifications would be desirable
• Qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering

Field Repair Manager Jobs in Bristol at Stannah - Join Our Team!

We’re now looking for a Field Repair Manager to join our Bristol Service branch management team—someone ready to drive operational performance, inspire a skilled workforce, and help us exceed our business goals.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented Lift Engineers and subcontractors, guiding them to deliver against our Major Repairs Plan objectives. Your remit will span across all makes and models of Lifts.

This is your opportunity to shape, motivate, and develop your team—ensuring they deliver exceptional service that reflects our values and meets the highest Health & Safety standards.

You’ll be based at our Bristol Service Branch, with regular travel across the Service Branch region. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 0800-1645 and Friday 0800-1545
