Job summary
Tetra Pak in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Services Organization, home-based with extensive travel across England/UK. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will deliver preventive maintenance and technical services, act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak, and support customer operations and service delivery.
You will be part of a professional team, regularly travelling to customer sites, performing maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting while maintaining safety
Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles.
- Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering.
- Good computer literacy.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to travel as required and this can be at short notice.
- Strong level of English (written and verbal).
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations.
- Analyse technical issues and escalate when needed.
- Train customer operators (if required).
- Support production plant efficiency.
- Monitor service contracts and contribute to growth.
- Ensure safety, food quality, and reporting standards.
- Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery.
- Write a site visit report on completion of the work.
