Job summary

CSA Group is seeking a Field Service Representative to conduct factory inspections and safeguard conformity of products bearing the CSA Mark. The role requires visiting CSA authorized factories, reviewing quality documentation, and reporting findings per procedures.

Ideal candidates have engineering education, 3–5 years’ related experience, and the ability to travel up to 75% with strong communication skills and the capacity to read engineering drawings. Remote work allowed with supervision.

Qualifications

• Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background or an Associate's/ Electrician qualification.
• 3–5 years industry experience is preferred.
• Able to work remotely and independently with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct factory inspections at CSA authorized factories (remote and on-site).
• Prepare Factory Inspection Reports and related documentation.
• Maintain client contact and communicate CSA services and changes.
