Job summary

CSA Group is seeking a Field Service Representative to join our UK team. You will conduct factory inspections (remote and on-site) and safeguard conformity of products bearing the CSA Mark, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

The role requires 3–5 years engineering or related experience, an engineering degree or associates, strong communication skills and the ability to travel up to 75%. This is a permanent full-time position with flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Conduct factory inspections at CSA authorised factories (remote and on-site).
• Select representative product samples to audit and verify compliance with standards and certification reports.
• Prepare Factory Inspection Reports (FIR), Initial Factory Evaluation (IFE) reports and consumer product evaluation reports.
• Review previous FIRs to verify corrective actions.
• Maintain client contact, provide information, and assist with record updates as needed.
