Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the Southwest from Taunton. You will install, service and maintain wastewater systems, including tanks and pumps, with planned and reactive maintenance.

The role offers door-to-door pay, overtime, and on-the-job training for career progression. Applicants should have a Full UK driving license and experience with pumps; travel will be required within the Southwest region.

Qualifications

Field Service Engineer (Wastewater/Pumps)

Taunton (South-West Travel)

£40,000 – £45,000 + Extensive Overtime + Training + Career Progression + Company Van + Door to Door Pay

Are you a Field Service Engineer or similar with experience working on pumps, water equipment or similar, looking to join a well-established business, who have been operating for nearly 40 year and are well established in the water sector, working with a variety of big-name clients throughout the sector?

This growing company provide wastewater solutions for domestic and commercial clients in the Southwest, from design and installation to servicing and maintenance. They proudly boast a close-knit, family-feel team and are looking to continue their organic growth for years to come.

In this role you will be covering the Southwest to install, service, and maintain wastewater systems, including tanks, pumps, and drainage. Industry specific training will be provided through on the job shadowing and internal courses, leading to promotion to a Senior Engineer. You will be paid door to door and will very occasionally be called out in an emergency.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with a background working on Pumps or similar, looking for a local role, with door-to-door pay, overtime and on-call opportunities to significantly boost your earnings.

The Role

• Planned and reactive maintenance working with water wastage
• A local role patch of Taunton, with travel opportunity
• Overtime and callout 1 week in 5 or 6
