Job summary

Culligan Harvey Water Softeners is seeking a Service Engineer to join our growing team. You will attend service calls in customer homes and dealer premises, perform field-based assessments, and relay technical concerns to the service manager.

The ideal candidate is NVQ Level 2 qualified in plumbing and heating, with hands-on plumbing knowledge and experience replacing white goods. You will be trained in our academy and work either solo or with a team, delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating is required.
• Experience with domestic plumbing is essential.
• Experience replacing white goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend service calls in customer homes and dealer premises.
• Perform field-based assessments and relay technical concerns to the service manager.
• Fix water softeners on site and ensure first-time fix where possible.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional interactions with customers.
