Job summary

Linde Material Handling in Northamptonshire is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain forklift trucks and warehouse equipment across customer sites. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, and uphold safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires flexibility to travel to nearby locations, a full UK driving licence, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience with forklifts or plant equipment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklift trucks and warehouse equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and safety checks on fleet.
• Travel to various customer locations; build strong customer relationships.
• Provide timely updates and recommendations for equipment improvements.
