Job summary

Linde Material Handling is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the Warrington team. You will diagnose and repair faults on forklifts and related material handling equipment at customer sites, and perform preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires IT literacy, a full UK driving licence, and strong communication skills. A company van and fuel card, plus ongoing training and a structured support network, are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical or hydraulics environments.
• IT literate with ability to use record-keeping and ordering systems.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Good communication and team-working skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and rectify faults on Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites.
• Undertake preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Travel to customer sites within the Warrington area as required.
• Maintain accurate records and place orders using latest technology.
