Job summary

Linde Material Handling in Northamptonshire is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair our fleet of forklifts and warehouse equipment.

You will diagnose technical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and travel to customer sites to ensure peak equipment performance.

The role offers a 40/45-hour week, with OT, 25 days holiday, pension, and benefits including a laptop and phone.

Qualifications

• Ideally you will have an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although this is not essential.
• We use the latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders, therefore being comfortable using IT equipment is essential.
• You will need to hold a full UK driving license.
• You will need to be comfortable working autonomously and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing on forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Travel to various customer locations to service Linde forklifts and related equipment.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver effective support.
