Job summary

Linde Material Handling is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service forklifts and material handling equipment across Essex and surrounding areas. The role offers a mix of hands-on diagnostics and preventative maintenance, with travel to client sites and a focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have vehicle technician or mechanical engineering experience, preferably forklift-specific, and hold a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers, with forklift experience.
• Comfort with field service and hands-on diagnostics.
• Proficiency with IT equipment for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Linde forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service visits.
• Travel to customer sites and work autonomously within a team.
