Qualifications

• Recognised engineering or mechanical qualification.
• Strong mechanical maintenance experience in heavy industrial or processing environments.
• Fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK, including overnight stays and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on industrial milling, pelleting and processing equipment.
• Refurbish and upgrade used machinery within the refurbishment facility.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime.
• Attend customer sites across the UK to complete servicing, maintenance and breakdown work.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and communicate recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Work safely and efficiently to meet customer deadlines and service levels.
