Job summary

Trust Systems is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role involves traveling across the UK to install enclosures and networking equipment for clients, with full training provided and a supportive environment.

You will carry out IT equipment replacements, decommissioning, and deployments to meet customer requirements. The role is physically demanding with day shifts, and occasional evenings or overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence preferred for nationwide travel.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install digital signage enclosures and IT equipment.
• Deploy and install networking gear, switches, access points, TVs, and PCs at client sites.
• Conduct PPМ checks, maintenance, and reporting for each site prior to handover.
• Maintain stock at location and manage returns to designated areas.
• Provide accurate weekly time/expense reports and detailed job documentation.
• Coordinate with service desk and projects teams to confirm work orders and resolve issues.
