  • Maintain awareness of competitor products and industry developments .
What we're looking for:
  • Practical mechanical and/or electrical engineering aptitude, with an ability to diagnose faults using a logical and methodical approach.
  • Comfortable using computers and technical software, with the ability and willingness to learn new software systems.
  • Experience with industrial tooling, automation or manufacturing equipment is essential. Experience with our specific tooling and systems will be developed through training and ongoing technical development.

Training & Development

Full training will be provided on our tooling, software and systems. The role provides an opportunity to develop skills across mechanical engineering, electrical systems, industrial automation, torque control and customer applications.

For candidates early in their career, this is an opportunity to develop into a highly skilled Field Service Engineer with increasing responsibility for customer projects and technical support.

What success looks like:

Within your first 6–12 months, you will be developing the technical knowledge and confidence to independently diagnose tooling and process issues, support customers on-site and complete routine service, repair and calibration activities.

As your experience develops, you will take greater responsibility for customer projects, software configuration and technical problem solving.
