Job summary

Terberg DTS in Swindon is seeking a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to service, repair, diagnose, and support specialist vehicles. You will travel to customer sites, diagnose faults, perform repairs, and deliver high-quality technical support as part of a globally respected brand.

The role requires a Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent), strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities, and a Full UK Driving Licence.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing Terberg and specialist vehicles at customer locations.
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Carrying out inspections and identifying wear, damage, and potential failures.
• Completing repairs safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards.
• Producing accurate service reports and repair recommendations.
• Managing van stock and ensuring parts are available when needed.
• Building strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Working independently while maintaining the highest safety standards.
• Participating in ongoing training and development to grow your skills.
