Job summary

Terberg DTS, a leading provider of specialist vehicles, is seeking a Mobile Service Engineer to service, repair and diagnose Terberg and related equipment at customer sites across the UK. You'll travel to sites, perform inspections, and deliver first-class technical support, maintaining the Terberg brand standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification or equivalent.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, particularly in auto-electrics.
• Experience working on HGVs, plant machinery, or similar equipment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing Terberg vehicles at customer locations.
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using diagnostic equipment.
• Carrying out inspections and identifying wear or potential failures.
• Producing accurate service reports and repair recommendations.
• Managing van stock and ensuring parts are available.
• Building strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Working independently while maintaining safety standards.
• Participating in ongoing training to grow skills.
