Job summary

Adler and Allan seeks a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Service Engineer to cover technical aspects across environmental protection equipment, supporting Operations delivery teams, and ensuring service delivery aligns with standards and guidance.

Role includes site audits, safety promotion, on-site problem solving, interceptor work, RAMS documentation, and preparation of estimates from surveys; full job description provided to successful applicants.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of single and three-phase motors.
Knowledge of separator/interceptor systems with BS EN 858-2:2003 and BS EN 1825 preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical control panels.
Knowledge of Sewage Treatment plants and pumping stations.
Knowledge and experience of RAMS documentation.
Sound engineering knowledge.
Willingness to work in changeable environments and emergency works.
Full UK driving licence.
Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Audit sites to ensure compliance with Adler and Allan standards and safety practices.
Promote safety to ensure a safe and professional service.
Problem solve and resolve on-site issues.
Assist in interceptor installations, de-commissioning, and servicing.
Ensure day-to-day operations and service delivery are of high quality and accuracy.
Prepare scope of works documents, risk assessments and method statements.
Operate company vehicles as qualified.
Prepare estimates and proposals from site surveys.
Complete paperwork and submit promptly to depot and group management.
