Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and repair swimming pool and wellness systems across Scotland. This field-based role involves visiting sites such as local authorities, hotels, leisure centres and domestic properties to keep facilities safe and fully operational.

You will diagnose faults, perform preventative and reactive maintenance, and deliver high levels of customer service on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar field service role (water treatment, leisure, or related industry).
• Electrical qualifications (18th Edition desirable).
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good IT literacy for reporting and communication.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission swimming pool, spa, and wellness plant equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
• Perform both preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Deliver a high level of customer service on-site.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
