Job Description:

Salary: £29,000 - £36,200 per year

Location requirement: Must live in postcodes NR1 to NR35.

Join our team of Field Service Engineers (internally called Field Technicians) and earn a salary of £29,000, plus overtime (~£4,700) and a performance-based commission of £2,500.

We seek motivated, customer-focused individuals. No prior experience needed; we provide training and mentorship. After training, enjoy a 4-day workweek (37.5 hours, Monday–Saturday) with shifts of 7.5 and 10 hours.

Daily tasks include:

1. Installing, fault fixing, and delivering excellent customer service
2. Diagnosing errors and technical issues with appropriate solutions
3. Documenting processes according to company standards
4. Collaborating with the technical team and sharing information
