Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Limited is seeking a Powered Access Engineer (MEWP Engineer) in Buckinghamshire to service and repair MEWPs and related equipment across the South East. You will perform PPMs, fault-finding, diagnostics, and inspections on customer sites with a focus on safety and compliance.

Package includes a competitive salary up to £52,000, guaranteed overtime, a £1,200 bonus, a company van and fuel card, and 33 days leave.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing powered access equipment (MEWPs) and similar machinery.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• IPAF qualification or willingness to obtain.
• LOLER experience desirable.
• Ability to work independently on customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and breakdown repairs on powered access equipment.
• Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding.
• Diagnostics on powered access and access platform equipment.
• LOLER inspections and thorough examinations.
• Customer site visits and technical support.
• Accurate service, inspection and compliance reporting.
