Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to service Baxter/Hillrom products across the UK and Ireland. You will ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards, while maintaining strong customer relationships and timely service data entry.

The role requires a degree or equivalent in engineering, plus significant practical field experience. Expect travel within the region, on-call duties, and ongoing product training to stay technically current.

Qualifikationen

• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering (medical technology, electronic, mechanical) would be advantageous.
• In-depth practical experience in a technical/engineering discipline with KPIs is expected.
• Strong IT knowledge of connectivity, device/network integration and cyber security would be beneficial.

• Install, service, repair and maintain Baxter/Hillrom products within UK/Ireland region.
• Maintain customer communications and relationships with stakeholders.
• Document service activity accurately and close work orders on the same day.
• Maintain calibration equipment and provide technical support via inbound customer calls.
