Job summary

TRS Consulting is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, install, repair and maintain its sterilisation equipment, including endoscope washers and autoclaves. The role focuses on customer satisfaction and reliable on-site support across healthcare environments.

The ideal candidate has a strong field service or technical support background, HTM/STM/WTM qualification, excellent customer service and an interest in IT. Training will be provided, and a hybrid company car is included.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable background in field service or technical support.
• Experience with endoscope washers, medical/autoclaves, sterilisation systems or washer disinfectors.
• HTM/STM/WTM qualification required.

Following expansion, they seek to recruit a customer focused Field Service Engineer, responsible for the service, installation, repair and general maintenance of their range of highly advanced sterilisation and endoscope washer disinfectors.

Your Background

To be considered for this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate:

• A strong background working in a field service or technical support role
• Previous experience working on endoscope washers, medical / laboratory autoclaves, sterilisation systems or washer disinfectors
• A HTM, STM or WTM qualification
• Impeccable customer service skills
• An interest in IT
• The ability to remain confident in customer facing environments
