Job summary

TRS Consulting is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Medical Sterilisation Systems, focusing on service, installation, repair and PM of autoclaves and washer disinfectors.

You will work with endoscope washers and sterilisation equipment, requiring HTM/STM/WTM qualifications, strong customer service, and an IT interest while maintaining excellent customer relationships on site.

Qualifications

• Field service or technical support experience required.
• Implements endoscope washers, medical autoclaves or washer disinfectors.
• HTM/STM/WTM qualification required.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, installation, repair and maintenance of sterilisation systems and washer disinfectors.
• Respond to customer site visits as required.
• Document work and maintain high levels of service quality.
