TRS Consulting Services Limited is seeking a Medical Field Service Engineer specialising in sterilisation systems to join a market leader with excellent training and career opportunities. You will service, install, repair and maintain sterilisation equipment and endoscope washers.

The role covers field service across assigned regions in the UK, requires experience in endoscope washers or autoclaves, and HTM/STM/WTM qualification.

Qualifications

• A strong background working in a field service or technical support role.
• Previous experience working on endoscope washers, medical / laboratory autoclaves, sterilisation systems or washer disinfectors.
• An HTM, STM or WTM qualification.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• An interest in IT.
• The ability to remain confident in customer facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, repair and maintain sterilisation systems and endoscope washers and disinfectors.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support at customer sites.
