Experience in field service, technical support, or equipment maintenance within medical devices or life sciences.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic or electro-mechanical systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50–75% within the assigned territory.
Experience using computerized maintenance management systems or service documentation tools.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities for medical equipment within the assigned territory.
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance visits to ensure equipment performance and compliance with service requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with Clinical Engineering, EBME, and other key customer stakeholders.
Achieve service performance objectives, including customer satisfaction and operational service metrics.
Identify and support opportunities for service contract sales, renewals, and service revenue growth.
Maintain accurate service documentation, maintenance records, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer service delivery.
Ensure adherence to operational procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
