Job summary

Alliance Personnel is seeking a Mobile Service Engineer to install, service, maintain, and repair a range of commercial catering and beverage equipment at customer sites in the Birmingham area. You will ensure a prompt, professional, and reliable service with strong attention to detail and a proactive maintenance mindset.

The role requires experience as a Mobile Service Engineer or Mobile Maintenance Engineer, preferably with catering equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mobile Service Engineer or Mobile Maintenance Engineer.
• Experience servicing commercial coffee machines or similar catering equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive maintenance approach.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on commercial coffee machines.
• Install and commission commercial coffee machines, dishwashers, and ice machines.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible.
• Respond to service breakdowns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide customers with training and guidance on the correct operation of equipment.
• Complete service documentation accurately and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.

The Role
