Job summary

Kägwerks, a Codan company, seeks a Field Service Representative to support deployment, integration, and sustainment of advanced MANET and C5ISR systems in challenging environments. You will work with military and government customers, delivering demonstrations, training, and field support.

Ideal candidates have practical MANET experience, PCS-ready, and the ability to translate complex capabilities into practical solutions. UK/intl travel may be required; security clearance is a consideration.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with MANET technology and tactical radio systems.
• Experience in military, government, or specialist field environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, including IPv4/IPv6, routing and QoS.

Responsibilities

• Integrate tactical radios, SDRs, edge compute platforms, sensors, applications, and C5ISR components.
• Support integration and deployment of AI/ML-enabled products at the tactical edge.
• Conduct technical demonstrations, customer evaluations, field trials, and PoC activities.
• Deliver operator and technical training to military, government, partner, and reseller personnel.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system integration issues in field environments.
• Plan networks, configure systems, perform fault finding and optimisation.
