Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the DE11 to DE15 area, carrying out maintenance, service and repair of material handling equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance and support a diverse fleet from pallet trucks to IC and automated trucks.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 qualification is essential.
Vehicle Technician, HGV Technician or Roadside Recovery considered.
IT literate and comfortable with using latest technology.
Technical experience in Engines, Electrics (Diagnostics) and/or hydraulics.

Responsibilities

Maintain, service and repair material handling equipment on customer sites within your postcode area.
Diagnose faults and rectify issues across small pallet trucks to IC, VNA and automated trucks.
Manage your own work in progress and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
Attend regular training courses to stay up-to-date with equipment knowledge.
