Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair material handling equipment across customer sites in the DE11–DE15 area. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance and ensure accurate paperwork, while staying current through ongoing training.

The role offers progression opportunities, a strong training program, an excellent benefits package including OTE around £45k in the first year, a company van for personal use, pension, and 25 days

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification is essential.
• Vehicle Technician, HGV Technician or Roadside Recovery all considered.
• Technical experience in Engines, Electrics (Diagnostics) and/or hydraulics.
• IT literate and comfortable with using the latest technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, service and repair of material handling equipment on customer sites.
• Attend regular training to maintain knowledge of equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify faults and undertake preventative maintenance.
• Manage paperwork and coordinate with Service Team Leader.
