Join our team as a Field Service Engineer / Field Support Technician to fault-find hardware and software applications and perform break-fix hardware repairs. Excellent client-facing skills are essential for this role supporting the Retail and Hospitality Industry.
Locations Deployed: North East and surrounding areas for effective service delivery.
Additional travel across the UK and overnight stays may be required.
Experience in IT Technical Support, Electronic Equipment Installation, Telecoms, or Broadband Engineering is highly desirable.
£27,057 per annum (including On-Call Supplement). Full-time, permanent role with 13-hour shifts on a 3 days on/3 days off rota.

Supporting retail and hospitality sectors for over 22 years, with a central HQ in Tipton, Midlands, providing on-site repairs, support, staging, and warehousing.
Candidates must have a willingness to travel daily, a technical mindset, and experience or knowledge in network fault diagnosis. Previous experience as an IT Support Engineer, Network Engineer, or Telecoms Engineer is preferred.
