What you will be doing as a Field Service Engineer:

• Attending customer sites to service garage equipment in your area
• Repairing garage equipment to good working order
• Attending planned services and reactive breakdowns
• Working with the support team on your schedule and communicating issues and updates
• Quoting repairs to customers
• Completing service reports and job notes
• Reporting unsafe notices correctly
• Reporting potential sales leads to sales and marketing teams

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Previous experience within an automotive workshop is ESSENTIAL – working on cars, vans, lorries; all experience levels considered
• Mechanical engineering experience is REQUIRED
• Experience with electro-mechanical and hydraulic equipment is preferred
• A full clean driving license is ESSENTIAL
• You should be personable and able to communicate with clients onsite
• You should be a natural problem solver and eager to learn
• You must be willing to travel across your area
