TSG UK is the sole installation service provider for Karcher commercial vehicle washing facilities nationwide, and we are expanding our field service teams to offer the best possible solutions to our customers. We are now hiring a Leeds (or surrounds) based Field Service Technician to join us on our journey. This is a fantastic opportunity that provides you with a career roadmap and where no two days are the same!

What you'll do:

You will be directly involved in the servicing, maintenance, and repair of jet and roll-over washing equipment across our customers' sites and petrol forecourts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repair of vehicle wash equipment (including bus, car, and HGV jet and roll-over washing facilities)
• Commissioning of new equipment related to jet and roll-over washing facilities
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships
• Produce timely and accurate service reports
• Attend to all calls promptly within set SLA
• Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
• Ensure compliance with HSSE guidelines

Skills & Abilities Required:

• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering HNC/HND (or equivalent) and/or relevant experience
• Technical awareness
• Confidence in using hand tools
• Strong customer service skills with professional interaction with end customers
• Flexible approach, able to work alone or in a team
• Understanding of PC hardware, networking, and IT troubleshooting is a plus
