Job summary

Linde Material Handling in Essex is hiring a Field Service Engineer to service, diagnose and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment across customer sites. The role combines hands-on technical work with preventative maintenance to keep fleets operating smoothly.

You will travel to customer locations, work with state-of-the-art lifting equipment, and join a team that values safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Full UK driving licence required; training provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Experience as vehicle technicians or forklift technicians is valued.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing to ensure fleet reliability.
• Travel to customer locations to service and repair equipment and maintain strong customer relationships.
