Job summary

Adler and Allan seeks a Service Engineer to join the field team at Brize Norton on a permanent, full-time basis. You will perform hands-on service tasks for major oil companies and independent customers across the UK & Ireland, including vapour recovery, tank testing, and forecourt maintenance.

Operate independently or with colleagues, respond to call-outs, supervise when needed, and ensure safety, documentation, and reporting are completed to high standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a clean UK driving licence, categories to operate Company vehicles up to 3.5tonne.
• Working on and around Petrol Forecourts.
• Right to Work in UK
• Previous knowledge and experience of completing RAMS documentation. (advantageous)
• Willingness to undertake any additional training to increase capability of the division in supplying a service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate independently, or as part of a team to service all customers, including tank and line testing, VR testing and tank dewatering. Onsite training will be provided.
• Respond to call outs for critical issues.
• Attend site briefings as a company representative and, on occasion, act as team leader.
• Carry out near miss & incident reporting. In-house training will be provided.
• Liaise with customers on site to discuss ongoing works and further services of the Company.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and ensure all equipment, PPE and other work items are in good order and repair.
• Complete all works in a timely manner, including paperwork and submission to divisional supervision.
• Liaison with supervision regarding all works and recommending improvements of possible opportunities.
• Any other duties for which the Service Engineer is qualified for and capable of undertaking.
