Job summary

Adler & Allan seeks a Service Technician to join our Brize Norton team for hands-on field work across the UK & Ireland. The role involves independent work and collaboration with experienced Technicians, delivering essential services including vapour recovery and tank testing.

You will identify root causes and provide practical, long-term solutions in a busy field environment, with a focus on safety and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a clean UK driving licence, categories to operate Company vehicles up to 3.5tonne.
• Working on and around Petrol Forecourts.
• Right to Work in UK
• RAMS documentation knowledge is advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake any additional training to increase capability of the division in supplying a service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate independently or as part of a team to deliver service to customers, including tank and line testing, VR testing and tank dewatering.
• Respond to call outs for critical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Occasionally act as site supervisor/lead operative and represent the company on site.
• Carry out near miss & incident reporting; training provided.
• Liaise with customers on site regarding ongoing works and future services.
• Keep vehicle and equipment in good order, and report any damage.
• Complete all works and paperwork promptly and report to supervision.
• Suggest improvements and opportunities to supervision.
• Perform other duties within your qualifications.
