Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain compressors and refrigeration equipment across the North West region, including sites around Warrington. The role offers a clear training path with progression opportunities, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a company van to support site visits.

You should be from an ex-navy or forces background, possess a full UK driving license, and be prepared to travel across the North West with overtime opportunities

Qualifications

• Ex-navy or submariner background preferred.
• Experience as a Service Engineer or similar.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Working on compressors, pipework, driers and refrigeration units.
• Service and maintenance works; full training provided.
• Covering the North West; door-to-door pay.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x; 1 week in 7 call-out.
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, 40 hours per week.
