Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in a related industry.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair work on earthmoving equipment.
• Service, inspect and repair earthmoving machinery.
• Conduct diagnostic work and fault finding.
• Develop relationships with customers.
• Collaborate in the early stages of warranty claim processing.
• Investigate specific customer problems on a project‑by‑project basis, providing technical reports.
• Escalate actions regarding broken or damaged company equipment.
