Synergi Recruitment is seeking a Service Technician to join a growing technical services team, providing installation, maintenance and repair support across a field-based UK territory. The role suits someone practical and mechanically minded, with full training provided for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent customer service. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain drinks dispense and cooling equipment.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Attend breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• Install equipment at new and existing customer sites.
• Provide customers with guidance on equipment operation and best practice.
• Develop strong, professional customer relationships.
• Complete accurate service reports and update relevant systems.
• Manage van stock, tools, equipment and spare parts.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety requirements.
